Information shared in session will not be disclosed without your written permission, except in situations where disclosure is required by law.In accordance with applicable state law, including confidential information may be disclosed to law enforcement or a potential victim if a client makes a specific threat of serious bodily harm or death to an identifiable person and has the intent or ability to carry out that threat.As a mandated reporter, I am legally required to report suspected child abuse or neglect, as well as abuse, neglect, or exploitation of vulnerable adults or elderly persons.If a situation arises that requires disclosure, I will make every effort to discuss it with you whenever possible.
